What the business is telling its staff this month.
Biosafety cabinet one out of service until certified
Biosafety cabinet one in the microbiology suite is tagged out after repeated airflow alarms. Do not remove the tag or use the cabinet for any work. The certification technician is booked for 16 September. All pathogen work moves to cabinet two, and the on-call roster has been adjusted so that two people are available for weekend food results. Thank you for your patience.
