Plans every sampling run, keeps the field meters calibrated and the vehicles roadworthy, and started as a field technician seven years ago.

Owns the quality management system, leads internal audits and accreditation assessments and has held the role for four years.
Jasper Nguyen
Runs the inductively coupled plasma spectrometer and metals digestion bench and reviews batch quality control, after joining as a trainee in 2019.
